Simologia is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it when you purchase a Turkey eSIM from us.
When you purchase an eSIM, we collect: your email address (for order delivery), payment information (processed by our payment processor — we do not store card numbers), and your device type (to confirm eSIM compatibility).
We do not collect your name, passport details, or physical address. No account registration is required to make a purchase.
Email: to deliver your QR code, send order confirmation, and respond to support requests.
Payment data: solely to process your transaction. We use industry-standard payment processors and never store raw payment credentials on our servers.
Device type: to verify eSIM compatibility at checkout.
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.
We share data only as necessary to operate the service: with our eSIM provisioning partner (to generate and activate your QR code) and our payment processor (to complete your transaction).
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect against fraud.
We use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic (e.g., pages visited, country of origin). No cross-site tracking cookies are set.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party retargeting pixels.
Order records (email + plan details) are retained for 12 months for support and fraud prevention purposes, then deleted.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. We will process requests within 30 days.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant processors. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take it seriously.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
