Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing an eSIM from Simologia. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Simologia provides prepaid eSIM data plans for use in Turkey. Our service delivers a QR code to your email upon successful payment, which you install on a compatible, carrier-unlocked device.
Plans are data-only. Voice calls and SMS are not included. Validity begins on the date of first use, not the date of purchase.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. You confirm that your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before completing your order.
Simologia eSIMs are intended for visitors and travelers to Turkey and are governed by Turkish telecom regulations.
All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely at checkout. By completing payment you authorize the charge and agree to these terms.
Cryptocurrency payments are final and non-reversible once broadcast to the network. Ensure you select the correct asset and network before confirming.
Your QR code is delivered to the email address provided at checkout, typically within seconds of payment confirmation.
The QR code is single-use. Once scanned and installed on a device, it cannot be transferred or reinstalled on another device. Keep it safe until installation is complete.
Refunds are available only if the QR code has not been scanned. Once the QR code has been installed on a device, the plan is non-refundable.

Simologia operates on Turkcell, Vodafone TR, and Türk Telekom networks via roaming agreements. Coverage and speeds vary by location and are not guaranteed.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Network outages, congestion, or regulatory changes in Turkey may affect availability.
Plans are for personal use only. Tethering and hotspot sharing are permitted within your data allowance. Using the service for commercial resale, SIM farming, or any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if we detect abuse.
Simologia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our service, including but not limited to costs incurred due to network unavailability.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the affected plan.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Simologia is registered. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
